UniClutch (Comfort)
750-900 Nm — Comfort Pedal Tune, perfect for daily driving with enhanced torque capacity. Available in 195mm and 240mm.

UniClutch Sport
875-1320 Nm — Sport Pedal Tune with high clamp billet cover. For spirited driving and serious enthusiasts.

UniClutch Track
1320-2000 Nm — Cerametallic friction with ICT cooling. For motorsport, modified vehicles, and track days.

UniClutch 4Terrain
2000 Nm — Cerametallic twin disc with ICT cooling for heavy-duty 4×4, towing, and off-road.
UniClutch QUAD — 3500 Nm
Quad disc cerametallic for extreme-duty drag, track, and motorsport builds.
How It Works — Modular Design

UniClutch’s modular system consists of three components:
- UniClutch Core — The clutch itself (Standard, Sport, Track, or 4Terrain)
- Fitment Kit — Vehicle-specific mounting with patented Flex Fit height adjustment and interchangeable splines (38 types)
- Flywheel — Works with OEM flywheel or optional Ultra Flywheel for maximum weight savings
This modular approach means faster installation, easier service, and the ability to upgrade your clutch core without replacing the entire system.
Installation
- Torque all bolts to 22 ft-lb / 30 Nm with calibrated torque wrench and Loctite 243
- Test-fit the correct spline before assembly, secure with circlip
- Bedding-in required: Actuate regularly at low RPM for the first 500 km
- Check alignment carefully — missing or damaged dowel pins are the most common cause of issues

UniClutch products are backed by a limited warranty of up to 5 years or 40,000 km (market dependent).
